i'm 28, single with no kids - and i'm fat. this year i'm going to lose the weight and get on with my life. i'm open to adding friends to this journal, but i warn that it is strictly a weight-loss journal and consists of bitching about weight loss, daily weight records and lists of foods consumed and calories in them. if you're interested, just leave me a message. i also live with bipolar disorder, ocd and my current therapist thinks i'm a bit on the borderline personality side. i may write about these things from time to time. warning: when i'm dieting, i DO NOT eat the recommended 1,200 calories per day. i do not find that is very effective. i've been criticized for this in the past... if this bothers you, perhaps reading my journal isn't the best thing.
